specific to their health support needs as an alternative to services provided in an institution. 

Provides specific supports and services that are available to individuals.


Provides training and support to individuals with disabilities residing in their own homes

 while acting as client advocate. 

Designs and implements individualized strategies to overcome 

barriers to independent living, maintain written documentation of effectiveness. 

Develops and implements specific task analysis in training activities, 

provides training in deficit areas identified such as money management.

Our Heartsaver Courses are for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card for job, regulatory or other requirements.
